MANUFACTURER'S Warranty - When installed by a licensed plumber and electrician in accordance with the installation instructions provided, the Stiebel Eltron Tempra Tankless Water Heaters (including Models 12, 15, 20, 24, 29 & 36) described above are covered by a Three Year Limited Warranty. The unit will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer's option. Unlike conventional 'tank' type water heaters, 100% of the parts on a Stiebel Eltron Tempra Tankless Water Heater are replaceable.

30 Day Return Policy - All Stiebel Eltron Tempra Electronic Tankless Water Heaters are tested at the factory prior to shipment. They are guaranteed to meet the specifications detailed at the links above if installed properly following the installation instructions provided. It is the customer's responsibility to determine if sufficient electrical capacity exists to install the tankless water heater prior to placing the order. A restocking fee equal to 20% of the Purchase Price of the product will be applied to all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will not be made on units that are returned more than 30 days from the date of sale under any circumstances. 

Legal Jurisdiction - This transaction and any and all disputes that may arise there from shall be governed and interpreted by Florida law. Any and all disputes arising from this transaction shall be brought in a Court of Competent Jurisdiction in Broward County, Florida.
